Amaretto goes much better with vanilla ice cream than it does with chocolate.

I just can't get trigonometry. The end of the semester and the end of this math class can't happen soon enough.

I think I'll be taking my math test on Wednesday instead of tomorrow. I could use the extra day of studying.

I woke up this morning with no voice. Not good. Luckily, I'm pretty much a mouse, so people probably won't notice that I'm not speaking. Hopefully, the phone won't ring.

I have seen three, yes three, movie versions of A Christmas Carol in the past week. The one thing I don't understand is why Fred calls his uncle, "Uncle Scrooge". Why would he not be Uncle Ebenezer? I would never refer to my uncles by their last name. Nor, have I ever heard or read of anyone doing it aside from this story.
